2010 Favorites.

As we prepare to ring in the new year, I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite posts from 2010.

Pumpkin Lasagna

I really loved the unique flavor of this dish.  As the Husby said, “It’s kind of like eating dinner and dessert in one bite.”

Crockpot Applesauce

I’ve made 5 batches of this easy applesauce since posting the recipe.  It’s the Fruitaholic’s favorite, hands down!

Baked Rigatoni with Spinach and Meatballs

This was a simple, flavorful and relatively healthy dish.  I’m glad to have split it into two baking dishes and frozen one to have for an easy meal later!

Cinnamon Chip Cream Cheese Cookies

I couldn’t get enough of these light and fluffy cookies, and apparently neither could you!  This was the second most viewed post on my site this year.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

The most viewed post of 2010!  This has quickly become our go to post-holiday breakfast.

Thanks so much for reading my little blog.  I haven’t been a part of the blogging world for very long, but I’m having a lot of fun with it and I hope you enjoy reading it.  I can’t wait to make and share lots of new recipes with you in 2011!

With that being said, I’d love to know what you’d like to see on The Jey of Cooking in 2011, so please feel free to leave a comment below.  I’m always on the hunt for a great new recipe to try!

Here’s to a happy, healthy and flavorful 2011!  Cheers!
